July Tart
JULY TART is a very large, conical, green, attractive apple. The tree is a spur type and therefore tends to be biennial. An excellent pie apple, it resists browning when cut. It is rather tart but not sour. Keeps well for an early apple, perhaps a month to 6 weeks in cold storage
